Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Experience working with LLMs / Generative AI.
Practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
Familiarity with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Python and solid Software Engineering fundamentals.
Experience with API integrations.
Understanding of AI Evaluation, AI Governance, and Guardrails.
Ability to experiment, test, and continuously optimize AI solutions.

Zakres obowiązków:
Design and develop AI Agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent processes.
Create and optimize prompts, orchestration strategies, and RAG solutions.
Design AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and AI guardrails.
Integrate AI solutions through APIs.
Experiment with and continuously optimize the quality, performance, and cost of AI solutions.
Collaborate on building scalable and reusable AI capabilities and deploying them to production environments.
