Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2-3 days per week from the office)  Why choose this offer? • You can expect a flexible work organization • The international work environment will give you the opportunity to interact with the English language on a daily basis • Scandinavian organizational culture will provide you with work-life balance, you will gain time for additional training (financed by Jit) • The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings   Project You will be involved in a financial project focused on supporting project delivery and user onboarding processes, including coordination of daily activities, training and adoption of recovery systems, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective user management and operational support.   Responsibilities you'll have • Provide support to the Project Manager in daily activities, including task management, meeting facilitation, reporting, and handling escalations • Provide an overview of the Recovery Tenant tool and guide users in setting up their accounts • Ensure effective user adoption and deliver training for recovery systems • Maintain and update user databases and tracking systems   Expected competences and knowledge • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Good knowledge of MS Excel • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Experience in user onboarding and training • Experience in user management and tracking systems   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
