Your role As a Senior HR Data & People Engineer, you will design and build scalable HR data products and pipelines that enable advanced analytics and data-driven decisions. You will act as a bridge between HR, Analytics, and Technology to ensure high-quality, reliable, and business-ready data. Zakres obowiązków: Build and maintain HR data products (e.g. employee datasets, workforce metrics) Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrations Translate business requirements into technical data solutions Enable advanced analytics and self-service reporting Improve data quality, automation, and real-time availability Implement data governance, privacy, and GDPR standards Collaborate across HR, IT, and Analytics teams Drive continuous improvement of data architecture and tools Oferujemy: Well-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
