Azure Data Architect

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into robust, enterprise-grade data architectures. • Design data models using relational, dimensional, NoSQL, and GraphDB modeling techniques. • Architect and enhance the Azure-based data platform, including Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and related services. • Develop integration patterns using APIs, event-driven architectures, and streaming technologies such as Kafka. • Enable AI/ML model integration into enterprise workflows and orchestrations. • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code setups, and automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps. • Provide technical leadership, reviewing and validating data engineering code (Python, SQL, PySpark). • Collaborate cross-functionally with BI developers, data engineers, product owners, and enterprise architects. Skills: • Proven experience as a Data Architect managing architectural responsibilities in large-scale enterprise environments. • Expert-level proficiency with Azure Data Services and Databricks • Advanced knowledge of data modeling: relational, dimensional, NoSQL, and graph data models. • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and the integration of ML models into business processes. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation. • Strong programming and data engineering skills: SQL, Python, PySpark. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, including architectural diagrams and technical specifications.
