Backend Developer (PySpark + Python, Azure)

Backend Developer (PySpark + Python, Azure) 📍 Gdynia (hybrid - 1 day per week in the office) We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong experience in PySpark, Python, and Microsoft Azure, who will join a team building scalable data solutions based on modern cloud technologies. ✅ Must Have • Experience programming on Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric Platform • Strong knowledge of Spark programming • Python / Notebook programming • PySpark development • Experience with Spark Streaming and batch processing • Delta Table optimization • Experience with Fabric Spark jobs • Knowledge of Java programming language and OOP principles • Database knowledge, including Relational and Non-SQL databases • Experience with tools such as GitLab, Python unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with Agile methodology • Good English communication skills (spoken and written) for discussing requirements and development tasks/issues ⭐ Nice to Have • Spark application performance tuning • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes If you enjoy working with data-intensive systems, cloud technologies, and modern backend development - we’d be happy to hear from you!
