BI Analyst - Power BI

• Banking • Poland - Gdańsk/Gdynia/Warsaw/Łódź with 3 days per week in the office • B2B up to 110 zł/h netto+VAT Summary: The role of the Business Intelligence Analyst focuses on bridging complex business questions with actionable insights through Power BI, aiding decision-making with data solutions. Main Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. • Translate stakeholder requirements into data solutions. • Guide decision-making based on data-driven insights. Key Requirements: • Proven Power BI development experience (power query, ETL processes, data modelling, DAX, etc.) • Experience in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations. • Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset. • Experience working with diverse data sources and business users. • Experience using JIRA. • Experience with agile methodologies. • Experience managing large data volumes in Excel. • Fluent English. Nice to Have: • Knowledge of additional BI tools. • Experience in a banking or financial services environment. • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations.
