BI Expert (Tableau / Power BI)

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau • Act as a trusted advisor on BI strategy, tools, and best practices • Optimize performance, usability, and scalability of BI solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting layers • Design and maintain data models (e.g., star and snowflake schemas) • Work with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable and efficient data pipelines • Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution design, and estimations • Translate business requirements into scalable BI architectures and technical solutions • Prepare and deliver demos, POCs, and client presentations • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with technical expertise • Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and leadership • Lead requirements gathering and prioritization across all organizational levels • Align BI solutions with business goals and analytical needs Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics • Strong hands-on expertise with Tableau and Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, performance optimization) • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases • Practical experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes • Proven experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting activities • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in client-facing environments Nice to have • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS Redshift, BigQuery) • Familiarity with other BI tools such as Qlik or Looker • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis • Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks • Experience in consulting or outsourcing environments What We Offer: • Vacation days: Up to 26 business days per year. • 10 illness/special days off per year (fully paid, no medical papers needed) for all contract types • Health and life insurance (Luxmed) • MyBenefit platform with Multisport option • Internal psychological support service • English language classes from the first working day • Access to external learning platforms: O’Reilly, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and a wide catalog of diverse internal training • Flexible workplace: work from the office, from home, or choose a hybrid option • Tech Skills Mentoring Program • Opportunities to develop as a public speaker, mentor, or technical interviewer • Fully paid idle (bench) when not involved in a project • Certification reimbursement (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, etc.)
