We are looking for a Business Analyst (Application) to join our team and support IT projects by identifying business needs, gathering and analysing requirements, and working closely with both business and IT teams. We are looking for someone who can effectively translate business needs into well-defined IT solutions and has a strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Strong interviewing, workshop facilitation and business requirements elicitation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new business and technical areas
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Good knowledge of BPMN and UML, as well as practical knowledge of:• business requirements elicitation and analysis
• business environment and process modelling
• software engineering

• Project experience as a Business Analyst in solutions dedicated to mass-market customers / citizens
• Ability to present analysis results and recommendations to different stakeholder groups
• Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in Polish, enabling fluent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities
• Participating in IT projects as a Business Analyst.
• Identifying and defining business problems and needs.
• Eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements and preparing business solution recommendations.
• Creating specifications of functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring their quality and consistency.
• Documenting existing business processes, proposing improvements and designing new processes using BPMN.
• Proposing and consulting on business solutions with clients and teams responsible for implementation.
• Performing business analysis activities throughout the design, development and testing phases of IT systems.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings with clients.
• Cooperating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and other project participants.
