Business Analyst

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst for a project implementing a centralized business rules management solution to support scalable and consistent decision-making processes.   The customer is a global information and analytics provider that delivers critical data, insights, and technology-driven solutions to clients across business, finance, and government sectors. The company serves major industries worldwide to help customers improve operational efficiency and make well-informed decisions by combining extensive market intelligence with advanced analytics and expertise. The project focuses on designing and implementing a centralized business rules management solution using IBM ODM to support consistent and scalable decision-making processes.  Responsibilities: • Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into clear rule specifications.   • Working with stakeholders and technical teams to refine logic and ensure accurate rule implementation in IBM ODM.   • Modeling and maintaining business rules (decision tables, rule flows) for ODM decision services.   • Supporting testing: validate rule outputs, review test cases, and assist with UAT.   • Keeping traceability between requirements, rules, and test scenarios.   • Maintaining concise documentation (flows, rule catalogs, requirement specs).  Must-haves: • Experience in business analysis for 4+ years.  • Proven experience working with IBM ODM (rule modeling, authoring, or rule governance).   • Strong understanding of business rules and decision logic.   • Ability to write structured requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.  Reasons why this job would be interesting to you: • Andersen cooperates with such businesses as Samsung, Reuter Gruppe, T-Systems, TUI, Ryanair, Johnson & Johnson, etc. This project is just your beginning here – working with us means reliability and prospects.  • We have been strengthening our expertise since 2007.
