Business Analyst

🔍 About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support workforce enablement initiatives for a global organization in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry. In this role, you will analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and help drive improvements through close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Hybrid in Warsaw or Poznań 🧩 Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to develop business cases for future solutions and identify improvement opportunities • Perform Situation & Gap Analysis on AS-IS end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend enhancements • Translate workforce enablement goals into clear, actionable business requirements • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows • Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes • Conduct impact analysis and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions with stakeholders • Track and report progress on workforce enablement initiatives ✅ Requirements • Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments - MUST🧪🧬 • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large or complex organizations • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and gap analysis techniques • Experience in process improvement and stakeholder management • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills • Familiarity with change management principles and compliance standards • Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured documentation • Experience with global or enterprise-scale programs 🚀 What We Offer • Opportunity to work on impactful workforce enablement initiatives • Collaboration with international stakeholders and expert teams • Competitive compensation aligned with market rates • Stable, long-term engagement
