Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst for a project implementing a centralized business rules management solution to support scalable and consistent decision-making processes. The customer is a global information and analytics provider that delivers critical data, insights, and technology-driven solutions to clients across business, finance, and government sectors. The company serves major industries worldwide to help customers improve operational efficiency and make well-informed decisions by combining extensive market intelligence with advanced analytics and expertise. The project focuses on designing and implementing a centralized business rules management solution using IBM ODM to support consistent and scalable decision-making processes. Responsibilities: • Analyzing business processes and rules. • Working closely with business analysts and stakeholders. • Translating business logic (discounts, calculations, validations, routing, etc.) into formalized decision rules. • Developing and configuring business rules. • Creating Decision Tables, Action Rules, and Decision Trees. • Modeling vocabulary and data structures (XOM, BOM). • Writing and managing rules using Rule Designer (Eclipse) or Decision Center. • Integrating ODM with other systems. • Connecting ODM with CRM, ERP, APIs, and databases. • Configuring REST/SOAP services. • Using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies to embed ODM into the system architecture. Must-haves: • Experience in business analysis for 4+ years. • Practical experience with IBM ODM (or similar BRMS). • Skills in creating Decision Tables, Action Rules, Decision Trees. • Understanding of XOM/BOM modeling. • Experience with Rule Designer and/or Decision Center. • Experience integrating BRMS with CRM/ERP/APIs/databases. • Knowledge of REST/SOAP service configuration. • Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot to embed ODM into the architecture. • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
