At Big Blue Marble, we build modern digital products that have a real impact on user experience and our clients’ business growth. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with technology and effectively support product teams in delivering value. You will work closely with Product Owners to gather and translate business and functional requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs. You will also play a key role in reviewing product and business decisions, making sure they are well-grounded, meaningful, and aligned with the bigger picture. Our tech stack: • Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation, • Figma for design collaboration and wireframing, • Microsoft Teams for communication, • Jenkins and Octopus Deploy for CI/CD, • AWS cloud infrastructure. What we expect: • At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software product environment, • proven ability to gather and translate business and functional requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs - in close collaboration with Product Owners, • experience working in Agile/Scrum teams alongside developers, testers, and designers, • ability to run PRD Walkthrough Sessions - presenting requirements to the team, facilitating discussion, and aligning stakeholders, • ability to verify delivered features against business goals - including participation in demos and functional acceptance, • experience creating process diagrams and flows using BPMN or a similar notation, • ability to identify risks, dependencies, and edge cases early in the development cycle, • a product-level mindset - thinking beyond individual features and considering how decisions affect the broader roadmap, • ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear and accessible way, • independent and well-organised way of working, • communicative English (at least B2). Even better if you also have: • experience in the OTT, streaming, or media technology industry, • familiarity with DRM, video processing, or content delivery concepts, • experience conducting competitive analysis from a functional perspective. What you’ll get in return: • compensation in the range of 9 000 - 14 000 PLN net B2B • fully remote work with flexible working hours • one full day per sprint for learning and development • MyBenefit platform funds (that you can use to buy a MultiSport card or other cool services) • a choice to join our group health insurance • access the wellbeing platform Mindgram that helps you stay in a good mental shape • access to the language learning platform Tutlo • company-wide quarterly meetings (when we head out together, sum up the quarter, have fun, and enjoy spending time as a team), • optional (bun fun!) team activities, like joint mountain trekking trips, St. Nicolas Day event for kids, board game nights, and more. • a welcoming office in the very heart of Poznań, if you prefer to work on-site. If you’d like to join our team, leave your CV below. We’d be happy to get in touch with you! Recruitment process: • Interview with People Operations Specialist - a 30-minute online meeting to get to know each other better, • Interview with the Head of Business Unit and People Operations Specialist - a more in-depth conversation about the role and mutual expectations, lasting about 1 hour. You can count on our feedback after each stage to ensure the process is as transparent and valuable as possible.
