Business Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-impact project in the an American holding company engaged in depository and investment activities. Job Description Location and Work Mode: • Regular working hours • Working model:  Hybrid module of work from Kraków or Warsaw  – 2 days from home and 3 days from the office • Exp level – 5 years ͏Key Responsibilities: • Prepare high-quality materials and presentation decks for meetings; draft memos and briefing notes • Organise meetings and accurately capture minutes and action items • Conduct regulatory and gap analyses and draft risk assessments • Coordinate resilience actions required for DORA implementation • Support the design and establishment of comprehensive SSBI Operational Resilience reporting • Design, prepare, and implement policies, procedures, and control frameworks • Support the formal institutionalisation of the SSBI Digital Operational Resilience Testing Programme • Assist in the preparation of training materials related to resilience and ICT risk • Execute resilience oversight for lift-outs and business integrations (e.g. Diogene, Ivan) • Provide administrative support for geolocation assessments, including data collection, synthesis, and stakeholder coordination • Respond to ad hoc requests from SSBI Executive Management related to operational resilience Requirements: • Business or operational experience in a relevant environment • Strong understanding of SSBI governance and functional structures • Proven expertise in operational resilience, with the ability to provide continuous guidance and advice • Business Analysis (BA) skills are an advantage • Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict management skills • Proficiency in PowerPoint • Strong execution discipline with a focus on delivery and outcomes • A proactive mindset with demonstrable tenacity and curiosity Benefits: • Collaborative and supportive team culture • Exposure to innovative projects  in the biopharmaceutical industry • Opportunity to work with global teams and stakeholders 📩 If you’re interested and meet the qualifications, please send your CV to Alina Pchelnikova at alina.pchelnikova@dcvtechnologies.co.uk
