If you’re a true Business Analyst who thrives in complex transformation environments this is the kind of programme that doesn’t come around often. We’re supporting a critical European transformation initiative within the programme focused on the wind-down of a German entity and the migration of operations into France. This is a high-impact, multi-layered change effort involving clients, platforms, products, and regulatory frameworks—where Business Analysts play a central role in making it all work. The role centres on mapping and improving client journeys, designing new processes, and working closely with technology teams to deliver them. The team and location: You’ll join a distributed, international team within Global Payment Systems, working across multiple locations. While Kraków is preferred, there is flexibility for the right candidates. What you’ll be doing • Map, analyse, and improve client journeys and business processes • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories • Drive requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration • Partner with technology teams, solution architects, and Scrum teams to deliver iterative releases • Support data migration, system transitions, and regulatory alignment • Ensure alignment with the wider programme strategy and delivery roadmap • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership What we’re looking forCore experience • Proven background in large-scale transformation programmes • Strong Business Analysis expertise (this is not a technical analyst role) • Experience in banking, ideally within payments and/or cards • Ability to break down requirements into small, deliverable user stories Ways of working • Hands-on experience with: • JIRA, Confluence • Agile delivery (Kanban, Sprints, iterative releases) • Comfortable working closely with Programme Managers and Scrum Masters Technical understanding (not a dev role) • Basic SQL knowledge (ability to run and create scripts) • Confidence working alongside technical teams and translating business needs into solutions What will make you successful • You’re equally comfortable in workshops with stakeholders and working sessions with developers • You can bridge business and technology without losing clarity on either side • You bring structure to ambiguity and can operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving programme • You actively contribute to improving BA best practices and standards
