Business Analyst

At Pretius, we are looking for Business Analyst to a project for global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries. Project / Role • Gather, analyze, and refine business and regulatory requirements • Translate high-level needs into clear functional scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Manage and maintain requirements in JIRA, ensuring full traceability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and drive alignment • Define end-to-end user journeys, including edge cases and system interactions • Support scope definition and assess the impact of requirement changes • Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment and sign-off • Ensure requirements remain consistent throughout delivery and testing phases   Requirements • Proven experience in Business Analysis and requirements management • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment • Ability to define clear, testable acceptance criteria • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication • Familiarity with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Miro   What do we offer? • We focus on long-term relationships based on fair principles and reliability • Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare • Modern office available • Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications
