Business Analyst – Agile Platforms & Tooling (German-speaking)

Join us to shape the future of technology together!  About the role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in digital, SaaS, or platform environments, as well as fluency in German, to join our team.   Key Responsibilities: • Identification, structuring, and documentation of business requirements related to agile tools, methodologies, and platform usage in close collaboration with stakeholders. • Translation of business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Support in prioritizing, refining, and clarifying backlog items for the Agile Platform. • Analysis of the impact of new requirements on existing platform features, processes, and governance. • Alignment of requirements with platform standards, governance frameworks, and non-functional requirements. • Implementation of approved concepts at the functional and configuration levels (no custom software development or Programming). • Creation and maintenance of business analysis documentation, decision logs, and requirements artifacts. • Close collaboration with product owners, platform teams, and relevant enterprise stakeholders.   Requirements: ·       Proven experience as a senior business analyst in digital, SaaS, or platform environments. ·       Excellent knowledge of requirements engineering (functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria). ·       Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise environments. ·       Good knowledge of agile tools, ideally within the Atlassian environment (e.g., Jira, Confluence). ·       Understanding of agile product development and platform-based delivery models. ·       Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills. ·       Experience in large enterprise or multi-platform environments. ·       Experience supporting agile methodologies across multiple teams or products. ·       Experience with non-functional requirements from a business perspective (e.g., security, Compliance, operational readiness). ·       Experience in portfolio or value stream contexts within a software development environment. ·       Fluent English in speech and writing (at least B2/C1). ·       Fluent German in speech and writing (at least B2/C1).   Nice to Have: ·       Experience with additional agile SaaS tools outside the Atlassian stack. ·       Experience with internally developed tools to support agile or portfolio processes.   Perks and benefits: • Comprehensive benefits - enjoy Udemy for Business, private medical care, Multisport card, veterinary package, language lessons, and shopping vouchers. • Flexibility - adaptable working hours and remote/hybrid work options to suit your lifestyle & location. • Career growth - access opportunities for professional development and learning, including perks related to our official partnerships with global IT giants: Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, Salesforce & more. • Global collaboration - work with a diverse, international team. • Innovative environment - be part of a forward-thinking and growth-oriented workplace. • Engaging community – Work with passionate professionals and participate in team-building events, hackathons, and CSR initiatives to make an impact beyond work. • Team-building events including our company tradition (annual company event in Mazury). •  A pleasant surprise to start your journey with us in the form of a welcome pack.   Recruitment process: • HR call • Technical Interview • Interview with the dedicated Client • Final decision/ Feedback   Sounds interesting?
