Business Analyst - CORE R&D

Location: 100% remoteContract type: B2B (first contract for 6 months + prolongations) Rate: 140-150PLN/h Summary: The Business Analyst will be instrumental in bridging the gap between the stakeholders and the agile development teams responsible for delivering an advertising platform, ensuring that high-level business goals translate into actionable, detailed requirements. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the CPO, Business Architect, and stakeholders to document the business vision and scope. • Lead workshops to gather and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements. • Translate epics into specific User Stories with testable Acceptance Criteria. • Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data mapping, and business rules in Confluence. • Manage the product backlog in Jira, keeping it prioritized and well-groomed. • Serve as the primary Scrum team contact during sprints to clarify requirements and address queries. Must Haves: • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale software projects. • Proven expertise in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Expertise in requirements elicitation and writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Nice to Haves: • Experience in the Ad Tech industry. • Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant platforms. • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. • Understanding of API-first and microservices architectures.
