Business Analyst – Customer Data & Consent Management

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid – 8 days per month in the office)
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a team responsible for customer data and consent management initiatives in a complex, multi-system environment. The role combines business analysis, process design, stakeholder collaboration, and project coordination, supporting the delivery of solutions that improve customer data quality, consent management processes, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, testers, and UX/UI specialists to define requirements, optimize processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple organizational levels and complex business processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Work on initiatives related to customer data management and marketing consent processes.
• Partner with developers, testers, UX/UI designers, and other IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain the roadmap of assigned initiatives and activities.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout all project phases.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Support system configuration and parameterization activities within existing business applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and customer data management practices.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex business and technology environments.
• Experience defining and improving business processes in multi-system ecosystems.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms or similar customer-related systems.
• Understanding of customer data management and/or marketing consent processes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, testing, and UX/UI functions.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's).

• Previous experience in projects related to marketing consents, customer preferences, or customer data management.
• Familiarity with customer data governance and compliance-related processes.
• Experience supporting process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
