PROJECT INFORMATION: • Industry: Banking • Remuneration: up to 140 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B) • Work model: Hybrid (3/week in Warsaw) Introduction & Summary: We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to contribute to the GFRI Project. The ideal candidates will have a strong background of 5-10 years in regulatory reporting frameworks and a proven ability to deliver IT solutions tailored to regulatory requirements. A solid understanding of those frameworks, combined with experience in managing large data sets and a proficiency in SQL, will be essential to succeed in this role. Main Responsibilities: The selected consultants will be responsible for defining and clarifying regulatory requirements and their implementation. Key responsibilities include: • Documenting and detailing regulatory definitions and expectations. • Bridging regulatory requirements with technical implementation. • Creating functional specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders. • Designing reporting IT solutions utilizing various technologies. • Ensuring quality expectations are met in regulatory reporting. • Working with large datasets and proficiencies in SQL. • Utilizing JIRA for project management and tracking. Key Requirements: • 5-10 years of relevant work history. • Good working knowledge of COREP, AnaCredit, FINREP, SHS-G frameworks. • Strong understanding of CRR, BCBS239 regulatory requirements. • Proven track record in IT solution creation for regulatory reporting. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL). • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders. • Working proficiency in JIRA. Nice to Have: • Exposure to various reporting tools and BI tools. • Additional certifications in regulatory compliance or finance.
