We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major global transformation programme within the Cards division of a leading financial services organisation.
This £25 million, three-year programme involves around 300 people and is transforming the bank's global card issuing capability across 48 countries. • Lead business analysis activities across large-scale transformation workstreams
• Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps and support business process re-engineering
• Facilitate workshops and help design target operating models
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and manage product backlogs
• Support the full BA lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to UAT, including test scenarios and scripts
• Collaborate with business, technology, vendors and implementation partners to deliver successful outcomes
• Support multiple country migrations across the programme
Essential experience:
• Proven Business Analyst experience on large-scale transformation programmes
• Experience supporting global transformation or multiple migration initiatives
• Strong business process mapping and operating model design skills
• Experience producing As-Is and To-Be documentation
• End-to-end BA lifecycle experience through to UAT
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
