Business Analyst | Hybrid from Gdynia

We are looking for a Business Analyst on behalf of our client, a well-known and fast-growing technology company offering a stable, long-term project in a modern environment. 📍 Work model: Gdynia (hybrid model – 3 days per week onsite). 📅 Experience (Years): 8–10 Responsibilities • Collaborate with development teams to gather, document, and manage complex business and technical requirements. • Translate business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, functional specifications for developers and QA testers. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinement sessions) and status meetings. • Support scope definition and refinement with Lead BA and squad members. • Track progress of deliverables, assist with backlog grooming, and ensure alignment with project timelines. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams. • Analyse the impact of requirement changes and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle. • Provide support to the TPM and assist with squad coordination and reporting. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment. • Proven experience working with technical teams and translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile squads. • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to support requirement validation and solution design. • Excellent documentation skills using tools such as Confluence, ADO, or similar. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working independently and proactively driving tasks to completion. Preferred Skills • Exceptional ability to elicit, analyse, and document requirements. • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with enterprise-level platforms, cloud platforms and financial services products. • Familiarity with API specifications, data flows, and integration requirements. • A wide degree of creativity, latitude, and patience. • Experience in a distributed team environment and cross-functional collaboration.
