IT Business Analyst IT Business Analyst (KYC) Location: Kraków hybrid ( 2 x per week)  Employment Type: Full-time | B2B  Rate: 130-180PLN  We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our clients team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping to shape and deliver innovative onboarding solutions for complex institutional clients on a global scale. What You Will Do: • Build in-depth knowledge of client onboarding workflows for institutional clients, including KYC and regulatory requirements. • Lead the delivery of global projects involving cross-system integrations, UI/UX changes, workflow optimization, data models, and reporting. • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to elicit, define, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements. • Present requirements, solution proposals, and acceptance criteria to Client Managers and Product Owners, supporting the development team throughout the implementation phase. • Partner with IT teams to refine designs and user stories, translating technical solutions back to the business in accessible language. • Conduct functional testing and assist developers in resolving defects. • Prepare and deliver content for senior stakeholder forums and support user readiness with training materials. What You Need to Succeed: • Fast learner with the ability to grasp complex business domains and processes. • Hands-on experience in client onboarding, KYC, regulatory compliance, and financial products. • Proven expertise in requirement engineering for complex, end-to-end projects. • Technical understanding of APIs, system integration, and SQL. • Full life cycle experience – from requirement gathering to delivery – in a business-facing IT environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across varying levels of seniority, both business and IT. • Proactive in escalating risks, issues, and dependencies to key stakeholders. • Results-driven, with a delivery-focused mindset on both individual tasks and broader project goals.
