Business Analyst (MDM)

Project overview We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (MDM) to join a large-scale data transformation initiative within the healthcare commercial domain. This is a key role bridging business and technology within a healthcare commercial environment. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of MDM processes are essential for success. • Project: Global MDM Implementation Program • Duration: June 2026 - December 2026 • Engagement: 1FTE • B2B contract • Location: Nearshore (EMEA), working within CEST time zone   Key responsibilities  • Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews • Define data domains, attributes, and data quality rules within MDM frameworks • Create and manage User Stories along with acceptance criteria • Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams (backlog management, sprint planning) • Support testing and validation of MDM solutions • Ensure alignment with data governance policies and overall data strategy • Track progress and actively participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies • Support change management activities (training materials, communication) Required skills & tools • Experience with MDM and Data Governance concepts • Familiarity with tools and platforms related to data management and governance • Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Working environment You will be working in a modern data ecosystem supporting MDM and data governance processes, leveraging tools and platforms such as: • Palantir Foundry • Snowflake • Azure DevOps • Agile/SCRUM framework
