Business Analyst/SAS Developer

Language: French (native), English (fluent)Start date for assignment: ASAP Duration: 24 months on B2B Workload: Full-time Location: Brussels, 3 days per week from the office Summary: The role aims to support the Finance department by defining the Target Operating Model (TOM) while ensuring continuity of operations during a pre-study phase, especially involving SAS-based financial tools. Main Responsibilities: • Ensure continuity of operations (BAU) and provide operational support to teams, particularly on SAS environments. • Analyze existing Finance and Accounting processes and propose optimizations in collaboration with the consultancy firm. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Lead or contribute to design activities, including scoping, specifications, and functional architecture. • Support testing, deployment, and change management phases. • Act as the main point of contact for the Finance teams in day-to-day operations. Key Requirements: • Previous experience in SAS development. • Experience in Business Analysis. • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and Procurement processes such as GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, and Forecasting. • Technical knowledge of SAS, including macros and templates. • Proven experience in IT Finance projects, including ERP and reporting systems. Nice to Have: • Experience with regulatory requirements in asset management. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, especially Azure DevOps.
