Introduction & Summary This role focuses on providing essential post Go-Live services for Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities related to HR solutions within the Portugal Products Projects environment. A qualified candidate must have proven expertise in Business Analysis and Service Support within complex information systems, particularly in HRIS implementations and BAU support. Main Responsibilities The Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining operational continuity and providing support for HRIS solutions among stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Managing BAU ticket requests and documentation for HR Solutions. • Participating in weekly coordination sessions to provide updates. • Conducting L1, L2, and L3 support activities as needed. • Preparing BAU reporting dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis. • Managing security reviews of user access bi-annually. • Handling incident management and referential analysis for complicated issues. • Facilitating change requests and enhancements assigned to the NSR team. • Producing dashboards to monitor tickets processed during BAU reviews. Key Requirements The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: • Proven expertise in Business Analysis within complex information systems. • Experience with HRIS implementations and BAU support in international contexts. • Strong functional understanding of Talent Acquisition solutions. • Expertise in data migration, system integration, and testing methodologies. • Advanced proficiency in HR technology solutions. • Experience in producing solution documentation adhering to governance processes. Nice to Have Additional skills that would be beneficial include: • Practical experience with iCIMS tools and ticketing systems. • Background in large-scale HRIS platforms. • Capability to analyze complex issues and provide actionable solutions.
