About the Project
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / System Analyst with Calypso expertise to join a long-term transformation project in the financial sector.
The project focuses on the implementation of an F2B platform in Poland, supporting the end-to-end handling of financial operations across areas such as banking, brokerage, insurance, and investment advisory.
Calypso plays a key role in the project, covering both Front Office and Back Office processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who can combine strong business process knowledge with hands-on system and technical expertise.
Your Role
You will work at the intersection of business analysis and system analysis, contributing to the project from requirements analysis through configuration, integration, testing, and implementation.
Responsibilities
• Analyze business and system requirements in a Calypso environment.
• Analyze and support Front Office and Back Office processes.
• Configure and parameterize Calypso solutions.
• Design and document customization solutions.
• Prepare business, functional, and implementation documentation.
• Cooperate with business stakeholders, developers, and integration teams.
• Support integrations between Calypso and other systems.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration testing.
• Support implementation and go-live activities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
• Provide support to end users during the implementation phase.
Requirements
Must-have
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in projects involving Calypso.
• Very good understanding of Front Office and Back Office processes.
• Hands-on experience with Calypso configuration and customization.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience with system integration projects.
• Good understanding of functional and integration testing.
• Experience supporting implementations and working with business users.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Nice to have
• Experience in the banking, investment, or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of capital markets products and trading processes.
• Experience working in an international project environment.
• Experience conducting workshops and training sessions for business users.
