Business Analyst (Tax / Finance Domain)

Working as a Business Analyst, you will: • Analyze business and system requirements for new features within financial and tax-related projects • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation • Model and map business processes using BPMN and UML • Collaborate closely with development teams (.NET, React) on API design and system integrations • Participate in refinements, workshops, and sprint planning sessions • Work with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage requirements and documentation • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to streamline documentation and enhance analysis processes • Identify, track, and communicate risks, dependencies, and project progress • Engage with stakeholders and ensure clear, ongoing communication in English • Support alignment between business goals and technical implementation About Chabre IT Services Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider, building long-lasting relationships with Enterprises. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects • Proven experience in creating documentation and business process modeling (BPMN, UML) • Strong analytical skills and ability to define complex business rules • Understanding of API architecture, microservices, and collaboration with technical teams • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence • Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or Cursor • Experience in tax, financial, or regulatory projects (nice to have) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • English proficiency at C1 level We offer • Rate up to 140,00 PLN/h + VAT • Remote work • Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł • Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) • Co-financing of courses related to the position • Benefits: MultiSport, Medicover
