Business Analyst (Tax / Finance Domain) - Remote

We are supporting a financial and tax-related project focused on delivering modern, scalable solutions within a regulated environment. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders to design and implement business-critical functionalities. Location: Remote from Poland Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: B2B Key Responsibilities • Conduct business and system analysis for new features and enhancements • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation • Model and optimize business processes (BPMN, UML) • Collaborate closely with development teams (.NET, React) on API design and system integrations • Participate in refinement sessions, workshops, and sprint planning • Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to enhance documentation and analysis efficiency • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and project progress • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English (C1 level required) Required Skills and Experience • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects • Strong experience in process mapping and documentation • Ability to analyze data and define complex business rules • Solid understanding of API architecture and microservices If interested and available, please share your cv and lets arrange a call
