Business Analyst with Guidewire

As a Business Analyst with Guidewire for Baloise Solution Hub, you will work on projects within Helvetia Baloise Group. • Support of the Product Owner in technical questions about the expansion of our core system. • Further development of different modules of the core insurance system (Guidewire). • Conceptual elaboration and implementation of technical specifications. • Creation of test concepts and test execution. • Process modelling and optimization of business and technical processes as well as analysis of the use of new technical possibilities. • Management of workshops and working meetings with IT and departments and within the project. YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLSET • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken. • Very good knowledge in the analysis of insurance-specific or banking processes (professional and technical). • Experience with Guidewire (CC, PC or BC) • Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts, as well as in the preparation of topics in the form of presentations and decision templates. • Experience in the project environment and software development in an agile framework. • Strong sense of ownership.
