Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on delivering IT solutions for client onboarding, KYC, and maintenance processes. The primary goal is to analyze and define Client Services products, ensuring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet business needs. Main Responsibilities: • Work closely with business SMEs to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Perform business requirements gathering using various techniques and support requirement refinement utilizing Agile methodologies. • Present business requirements, proposed solutions, and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner, supporting the development team during development phases. • Collaborate with IT teams to refine solution designs/user stories and communicate back to business stakeholders in their own language. • Test delivered IT components and work with the development team to resolve any identified defects. • Prepare materials for senior stakeholder forums and present as required. • Contribute to training content to support users’ readiness. Key Requirements: • Proven experience as a KYC/AML Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • KYC/AML domain expertise. • Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable system requirements. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working across business and IT teams. Nice to Have: • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. • Knowledge of client onboarding processes. • Understanding of international banking regulations.
