Industry: banking Rate: 140 pln/h Location: hybrid - 3 days per week from office Warsaw Summary: The role of Business Analysts for the GFRI project focuses on enhancing data handling and harmonization to improve financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities: Brief core duty description: Collaborate to analyze and refine data management strategies to optimize financial processes. • Utilize SQL for data manipulation and analysis using large datasets. • Define and document data structures and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) flows. • Contribute to the functional design of end-to-end (E2E) solutions including controls, analysis, and reporting. • Document metadata for data origins and regulatory obligations. • Facilitate requirements discussions with business stakeholders for approval. • Leverage AI technologies for efficiency and innovation in use cases. • Work with project management tools, primarily JIRA. Key Requirements: • 5-10 years of relevant work history in data analysis. • Proven experience with SQL and large databases (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL). • Strong knowledge of accounting and balance sheet structures. • Ability to drive discussions and formalize requirements with stakeholders. Nice to Have: • Experience in utilizing AI for data analysis and reporting efficiencies. • Familiarity with various financial instruments and regulatory frameworks.
