Business Data Analyst

For our Client from the automotive sector we are looking for Business Data Analyst - 3 days at the office in Warsaw! Salary: 100-120 PLN/hour net+VAT B2B   RESPONSIBILITIES A skilled and experienced Analyst is sought to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on technical analysis, data expertise, API design, and business process documentation. As the Analyst, you will gather requirements, model data and processes, design scalable APIs, develop ETL pipelines and Power BI reports, while ensuring data governance and compliance in an Agile/DevOps environment.   ✔️ Examples of what you could be doing: • Creating high and low-level design documents, logical/physical data models, and technical documentation • Designing scalable, maintainable REST APIs and handling integrations • Gathering and analyzing business/technical requirements using BPMN for process mapping and UML for system design • Developing ETL pipelines with Python, Power BI reports/dashboards, and supporting data lifecycle management • Ensuring data governance, quality standards, lineage, and compliance in data products • Collaborating cross-functionally on SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps) and enterprise architecture REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 5 years of experience as System Analyst or System Architect • Hands-on experience with REST API design (principles, patterns, best practices), data products, ETL development (Python), and Power BI reports/dashboards • Proficiency in data modeling (logical/physical, entity relationships), data governance frameworks, data management/lifecycle, and banking/credit product data • Strong skills in requirement gathering, BPMN, UML, SDLC (Agile/Waterfall/DevOps), GitHub, and Gherkin • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication for stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration • English level B2 or higher NICE TO HAVE • Experience with Snowflake • Background in banking or credit products WHAT DO WE OFFER ON THIS PROJECT? • Cooperation based on a B2B contract and rate: 100-120 PLN/hour  • Hybrid work from Warsaw (3 times a week in the office) • The support of a dedicated mentor.
