Summary:
The Business Data Analyst role focuses on analysing and governing conceptual data models and Information Objects throughout the enterprise systems. The primary objective is to maintain data consistency and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure semantic standardization within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
• Analyse conceptual data models across enterprise systems.
• Document and manage Information Objects within ServiceNow EA.
• Maintain the Information Object glossary and conceptual data model.
• Ensure consistent use of Information Objects across governance, architecture, and solution design.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and data governance teams to align enterprise semantic standards.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, enterprise architecture support, or data management.
• Hands-on ServiceNow EA experience.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in investment management or financial services.

• Engagement Duration: 12 months
