Hybrid - 3 days/week onside
Contract: until 31 December 2027 - potential extension

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to work 3 days per week onsite in Warsaw for a client in the automotive sector.
The role connects business teams with technical teams and focuses on data analysis, API design, process documentation, and building data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•
Technical analysis and requirement gathering
• Data and process modeling (BPMN, UML)
• API design and system integrations
• ETL development in Python
• Power BI reporting
• Ensuring data governance, quality, and compliance
• Creating documentation and supporting Agile/DevOps delivery
Required Experience
• 5+ years as System Analyst / Architect
• Strong skills in REST API design, ETL (Python), Power BI, data modeling, SDLC, BPMN/UML
• Experience with data products, data lifecycle, GitHub, Gherkin
• English B2+

• Experience with banking/credit data
