Business Developer (Regulatory & Data Platforms)

Serve as the link between business, regulatory requirements, and IT by translating regulations into practical system and process solutions. Responsibilities • Translate regulatory frameworks into functional and technical requirements • Bridge communication between business, compliance, and IT teams • Conduct pre-studies, needs analyses, and improvement initiatives • Support and coordinate projects in a project-management role • Contribute to decision-support and data platform initiatives • Ensure solutions meet business and regulatory expectations Requirements • 3+ years experience with decision-support systems and/or data platforms • 3+ years experience in requirements analysis • Experience translating regulations into IT requirements (e.g., Solvency II, Basel, GDPR) • Ability to act as a project manager and independently run analyses • Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills Nice to Have • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance processes
