Business Intelligence Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Business Intelligence Analyst Work 3 days from the office per week + 2 days remotely. Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Training & learning opportunities - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related field - Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and ETL processes - Strong experience in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations - Ability to communicate complex data topics clearly to non-technical audiences - Experience working with multiple data sources and diverse business stakeholders - Familiarity with JIRA and agile ways of working - Experience handling large datasets in Excel - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Nice to have: - Experience working in complex, data-driven environments - Exposure to advanced analytics or additional BI tools Codzienne zadania: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports - Translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations - Transform and integrate data from multiple sources using Power Query and ETL processes - Apply best practices in data modelling and DAX to ensure performance and usability - Support decision-making by delivering clear, actionable insights - Work within agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting solutions
