Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)

Location & Work Model • Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw or Łódź • Hybrid work - 3 days per week from the office Language • English (daily communication) About the role We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong technical background and business mindset, who can bridge the gap between complex business needs and actionable insights. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions • Work with multiple data sources and integrate them into reporting solutions • Perform data modelling and develop ETL processes using Power Query • Create business logic using DAX • Collaborate with stakeholders and support data-driven decision making • Work in an Agile environment and manage tasks using Jira • Handle large datasets, including working with Excel Requirements (must-have) • Hands-on experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modelling) • Experience in building reports and dashboards • Knowledge of ETL processes • Experience in gathering requirements and working with stakeholders • Ability to work with multiple data sources • Experience with large datasets (including Excel) • Experience with Jira • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong communication skills Nice to have • Experience in banking or financial sector • Experience in regulated environments • Experience in risk or reporting-related projects What we offer • Opportunity to work on large-scale data and BI projects • Close collaboration with business and technical teams • Development in the area of Business Intelligence and data analytics • Agile and international working environment
