Business Process Owner — Sales This role requires a skilled Business Process Owner with sales operations expertise to manage team productivity and efficiency through strategic process improvements and technology implementation. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and can drive adoption while maintaining alignment with sales leadership on priorities and constraints. Main Responsibilities: • Oversee sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and quota tracking. • Ensure CRM hygiene and effective territory management. • Contribute to UAT and backlog by specifying Sales user stories with acceptance criteria. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) post-deployment to measure adoption and productivity. • Document current and future-state Sales processes and provide training materials. • Align with sales leadership to address priorities and business calendar impacts. • Recognize competitive tools and friction points in agent-assisted workflows. Key Requirements: • Extensive experience in sales operations with a focus on pipeline management. • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, both as a user and at the configuration level. • Proven ability to specify user stories for UAT with clear acceptance criteria. • Experience in measuring feature adoption and productivity metrics. • Strong skills in process documentation and training material preparation. • Ability to influence without authority and earn trust from sales teams. • 5+ years in Sales operations or BizOps, with Salesforce CRM experience as a baseline requirement. Nice to Have: • Experience in addressing high-friction and high-value Sales workflows. • Ability to manage scope pragmatically and avoid early complexity.
