Location: Warsaw / Kraków / Piaseczno / hybrid workTeam: Space Technology Products Office (BPTK) Role Overview We are looking for a Business or Product Analyst to co-create the unit responsible for product strategy, market analysis, development planning, and supporting sales and engineering teams. We’re seeking a person who combines interest in space technologies with an analytical and business-oriented mindset. Responsibilities • Preparing pricing & cost breakdowns, updating price information and product databases, analyzing margins and profitability • Collecting market requirements, market analysis, and contributing to product strategy development • Conducting interviews with end users and potential customers, identifying their needs, and translating them into product requirements • Maintaining and organizing product documentation • Supporting the quotation process: calculating costs and margins, co-developing technical mission configurations • Working closely with engineering, production, logistics, and sales teams on product data and documentation • Contributing to product lifecycle management Requirements • Higher education – preferably combining technical fields (e.g., engineering, sciences) and business (e.g., economics, management) • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, technical roles, as a product manager or project manager • Experience with at least some of the duties described above, confirmed by specific examples and results. • Strong numerical skills: costs, margins, quotation calculations, basics of unit economics • English proficiency sufficient to work with technical and business documentation • Well-organized, self-directed, proactive, and effective in cross-team collaboration Nice to Have • Experience with hardware product development. Knowledge of the stages of technological product development (from concept to production and operational support), including basic concepts of configuration management, requirements and quality. • Experience with documentation and process management systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, Jira, Confluence) • Basic data analysis skills (e.g., spreadsheets, SQL, reporting tools) • Experience in conducting user/client interviews and synthesizing insights • Knowledge of the space, aerospace, or adjacent sectors (e.g., telecommunications, geospatial, data processing) in particular the ECSS and AQAP standards. • Experience in working in a publicly funded project environment (e.g. ESA, DoDs, Horizon Europe) or with institutional clients.
