Project
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst / Business-System Analyst to join a cross-functional team responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. The role combines business analysis, system analysis, API design, data modelling, and documentation activities.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and data teams to ensure that business needs are translated into scalable technical solutions while maintaining high standards of documentation, data governance, and solution design.
 

Responsibilities you'll have
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teamsDocument functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system specifications
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax
• Develop UML diagrams and BPMN process models
• Design REST APIs following industry best practices
• Create logical and physical data models
• Design system integrations and data flows
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, and business representativesValidate requirements and technical solutions with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal analysis and documentation standards
• Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities
• Support data governance and data management initiative
• Contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
 

Expected competences and knowledge
• Strong experience in Business Analysis and/or System Analysis
• Practical experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience designing REST APIs
• Strong understanding of API architecture and integration patterns
• Experience creating BPMN process modelsExperience preparing UML diagrams
• Knowledge of Gherkin and user story definition
• Data modelling experience (logical and physical models)
• Understanding of Data Governance principles
• Understanding of Data Management concepts and data lifecycleIntermediate SQL skills
• Experience working in Agile environmentsUnderstanding of SDLC methodologies
• Experience working with GitHub or similar version control tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
