Business-System Analyst | AI Products (GenAI)

contract: B2B rate: 145 pln/h + VAT work mode: remote As a Business/System Analyst, you will support the identification, analysis, and preparation of both explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements and provide functional support for AI-driven business applications within the Azure ecosystem. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and DevOps teams. Your responsibility will include analyzing requirements together with business representatives and creating proposed solutions that solve business problems or add value to end users through AI-driven capabilities in business application products. The role focuses on AI and GenAI-based solutions, implemented primarily around Python-based services, APIs, and Azure OpenAI, with a strong emphasis on correct and effective implementation of models prepared by Data Science teams. Responsibilities • Working with stakeholders to capture and define business requirements • Creating detailed outcomes of the business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for business stakeholders • Eliciting and validating product requirements and translating them into relevant Product Backlog items and tasks • Monitoring the completeness and quality of business requirements and taking responsibility for their accuracy • Identifying dependencies and blockers impacting the planned scope • Participating in estimations together with the entire development team • Supporting the Product Owner, Delivery Team, and Program Manager with a detailed understanding of product features during refinement sessions • Validating the product on behalf of stakeholders, including readiness to participate in end-to-end (E2E) testing processes • Creating and maintaining relevant project and product documentation • Continuously seeking improvements and operational excellence Key Requirements • Fluency in Polish • Very good written and spoken English (advanced B2 or C1 level) • Several years of hands-on experience in the software development domain as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle with proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery • Experience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate environments • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in ambiguous contexts • Proactive attitude and confidence in working with senior decision-makers • Team-oriented mindset, valuing positive team culture and professional collaboration • Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with stakeholder management capabilities • Practical experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence Nice to Have • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) • Basic understanding of the FinTech / InsurTech industry • Knowledge of the German language (not mandatory)
