The client specializes in designing IT solutions Location: 100% remote (from Poland) Rate: 80–100 PLN/hour net + VAT Employment type: B2B contract Duration: long-term project Recruitment process: 1 stage (interview with a test at the company’s office) English: B1 Luxmed, MultiSport, equipment provided by the client Key technologies: • Knowledge of BPMN • Knowledge of UML • Knowledge of SQL • Knowledge of Enterprise Architect • Knowledge of JIRA Software • Knowledge of Confluence • Knowledge of the business domain—legal and business regulations regarding the specializations of physicians, dentists, pharmacists, laboratory diagnosticians, nurses, midwives, and other professions relevant to healthcare Project for the e-Health Center. As this is a government agency, the client cannot disclose further details • 3 years of experience in business process modeling and engineering, as well as in specifying requirements for IT systems using UML and BPMN • Experience serving as an analyst on at least 3 projects where software development was based on agile methodology, and tasks assigned by the candidate to the development team were described as user stories • 3 years of experience modeling UML and BPMN in a CASE tool—Sparx Enterprise Architect preferred • Knowledge of issues related to IT architecture modeling, IT system design, and software engineering • Ability to gather business requirements for IT projects • Bachelor’s degree Hays Poland sp. z o.o. is an employment agency registered in a registry maintained by the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under number 361.
