Credit Risk Analyst Location: Warsaw Work model: On-site (5 days per week)B2B via Experis B2B rate: 120-135 PLN netto+VAT/h Full-time job   About the Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Credit Risk Analyst to support the assessment and monitoring of credit applications for small and medium-sized enterprises. This role involves evaluating financial documentation, identifying risks, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure secure and compliant credit processes. Key Responsibilities • Verifying clients’ credit applications (SMEs) in accordance with internal policies and procedures • Analyzing clients’ documentation and financial data, including:• financial statements • credit bureau reports • bank references • external reports and online information • Calculating risk exposure and identifying potential credit risks • Cooperating with clients, banks, financial institutions, and business partners • Collaborating with internal teams to prevent credit fraud and support risk mitigation • Monitoring client transactions on a daily basis and verifying their financial activity • Analyzing the quality of the loan portfolio and recommending corrective actions where necessary Requirements • University degree in economics, finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s or higher) • Good command of English (written and spoken) • Strong teamwork skills and proactive approach • High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, complex results • Excellent analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative), including experience with analytical tools • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience in credit or lending processes within a financial institution will be considered a strong asset We offer • B2B contract via Experis • Opportunity to work on projects for leading global fintech organizations • Multilingual and multicultural work environment • Dynamic, friendly, international team • Medicover • Multisport • E-leaning platform • Group insurance
