CRM and Personalization Specialist – Financial Sector

Solid proficiency with MS SQL and relational databases. Good communication skills in Polish (spoken and written). Good command of written and spoken English. Ability to think analytically and work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Mile widziane: Knowledge of SAS 4GL. Additional certifications in CRM or related fields. Zakres obowiązków: Design and optimize advanced personalization processes to increase customer engagement. Develop communication strategies tailored to customer needs, based on data insights, and implement them within CRM systems (SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH). Prepare requirements and specifications for system modifications, conduct solution analysis, and execute testing for real-time personalization features.
