As a Customer Journey Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data related to customer IT journeys. Your work will turn operational and experience data into actionable insights that enable continuous service improvement and efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to design dashboards, define key metrics, and implement data storytelling techniques to support smart, data-driven decisions across the organization. Codzienne zadania: - Identify, gather, and integrate data from multiple sources, including IT systems, service desks, monitoring tools, and customer experience platforms - Define and maintain key performance metrics to track IT service journeys - Analyze user behavior across IT products and services to detect trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization - Create insightful recommendations for operational and strategic improvements - Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that present data in an accessible and compelling way - Support data-driven decision-making for service improvement initiatives - Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and automation of processes for consistency and high quality
