Data & AI Strategy Manager (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

YOUR IMPACT: Leadership & Client Engagement  - Lead and manage project teams on client engagements.  - Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategic decisions at C-suite and senior leadership level.  - Own end-to-end client relationships, accountable for delivery quality, and outcomes across multi-stream engagements.  Data & AI Value Realization  - Define advanced analytics and AI strategies, including GenAI and Agentic AI, aligned with enterprise ambitions and business priorities.  - Support clients in identifying, prioritizing and scaling AI / GenAI use cases across the value chain.  - Define enterprise analytics and reporting strategies, including KPI frameworks, management information and decision-support models.  Responsible AI & AI Governance  - Design and operationalize Responsible AI frameworks, covering ethics, transparency, regulatory compliance and AI risk management.  - Define AI governance models, including decision rights, controls, accountability structures and model lifecycle oversight.  Data Foundation & Operating Model  - Define enterprise data strategies spanning data architecture, Data Mesh and data products concepts, master data, metadata and data quality, as well as data security and privacy.  - Design and implement Data & AI Operating Models, including data governance structures, roles, processes and ways of working.  Transformation, Culture & Value  - Build business cases, investment roadmaps and transformation plans for data and AI initiatives.  - Drive data-driven culture and adoption, supporting leadership engagement, behavioral change and decision-making transformation.
