Nasze wymagania:
Proven experience in data management, data quality, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Experience within financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions).
Experience with advanced SQL, Python, R, Java, and Scala.
Familiarity with data taxonomy and ability to build small data models.
Experience with Power BI to produce reports.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Professional, organized, structured approach, striving for high data accuracy and quality standards.
Prepared for a fast-paced project with changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with data migration and integration projects.

Zakres obowiązków:
Support a key strategic programme in the financial crime domain to deliver data analytics, design, and development.
Manage data quality and ensure high standards of data accuracy across the project.
Build small data models and actively work with data taxonomy.
Design and produce reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Drive excellent stakeholder management by working closely with IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and the Business to implement essential changes.
Apply your domain knowledge in financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions) to shape analytical solutions.
Analyze complex data, solve problems, and consistently strive to find the most optimal, high-quality solutions for the bank.
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
