Data Analyst

We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.Currently, we are looking for:  Mid Data Analyst THINGS YOU WILL DO • Supports the modeling team in developing financial machine learning models by gathering and aggregating data from diverse sources. • Cleans, transforms, and analyzes data to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling processes. • Designs and implements ETL pipelines to streamline data workflows and improve data accessibility.   SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED • 4 - 5+ years as a Data Analyst • Strong SQL + Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, PySpark) • Solid understanding of data wrangling, ETL • Experience working with large databases • Banking/financial domain knowledge is a strong plus • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related topic • Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, team player, business oriented • Great English skills both written and spoken   ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS • Screening call with the Recruiter • Capco Hiring Manager Interview • Client’s interview • Feedback/OfferBenefits• Long-term cooperation• Benefit package - Multisport, private medical care, life insurance • Training budget• Free English lessons• Individual support from a dedicated company mentor
