Data Analyst

WealthArc is the fastest-growing platform for independent asset managers in Switzerland. Built on the latest technologies, it is the first WealthTech solution offered in a full SaaS model, with the goal of becoming the future data hub for wealth management and private banking.    We are looking for Data Analyst to join our WealthArc team. You will use robust cloud-based methods to transform raw data into useful data systems and to ensure highest data quality. What is more you will be working with a lot of well-known banks and wealth management companies mainly in Switzerland, expanding internationally. To succeed in this position, you should have strong analytical skills and ability to automate the processes of data transformation and data quality assurance. If you are detail-oriented and enthusiastic about cutting-edge technologies to enable upgrading our existing product we’d like to hear from you!    Requirements: • At least 2 years of professional experience in data analytics • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with version control system • Strong team player • Fluent English • Proficiency in Python will be additional advantage • Basic knowledge of investment products will be additional advantage Responsibilities • Ensure highest quality data model standards for different financial asset classes • Design, implementation and improvement of data transformations from external custodian data sources to internal standardized format • Consultative approach in designing and building best in class data solutions with an eye towards eliminating redundant data maintenance • Use and enhance scalable and robust proprietary cloud-based data engineering tools • Identify opportunities for automation and improvement • Work with well-known banks and wealth management companies • Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success and Engineering teams to define best practices for investment data management    We offer • Possibility to work almost fully remotely (2 days per month in the office in the center of Warsaw) • Growth in line with rapid scaling of the company • Challenging work with exposure to cutting edge technologies dedicated to financial sector • Work ethic based on collaboration and innovative approach • Company-wide lunch organized every month • Off-site events organized every year • Benefits such as: training sessions and conferences • Available Medicover & Multisport packages
