Data, Analytics and Reporting Expert (banking)

Industry: BankingRate: 140pln/h on b2b Location: hybrid, 3 days per week from Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź or Warsaw Introduction & Summary The Data, Analytics and Reporting Expert will play a crucial role within the WS2 workstream by providing precise and agile responses to ad-hoc requests from leadership and senior stakeholders. This position requires proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and strong communication skills to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and the maintenance of high-quality data governance. Main Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Reporting Specialist include: • Responding effectively to urgent and diverse stakeholder needs. • Optimizing data processes and maintaining data governance. • Supporting the Reporting Coordinator in producing high-quality reports. • Coordinating project progress updates across multiple stakeholder meetings. • Conducting ad-hoc analyses with a focus on quality assurance. Key Requirements • Strong written and spoken communication skills. • Proficient in Excel, including data modeling with Power Query. • Exceptional attention to detail in report preparation. • Collaborative team player with accountability and ownership. • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities. Nice to Have • Experience with stakeholder communication management. • Familiarity with project coordination and timeline management.
